Refund & Return Policy
At Shri Balaji Aushadi, we strive to provide safe, authentic and high-quality Ayurvedic proprietary medicines. As these items are health-related consumable products, our return and refund rules follow strict guidelines to ensure the purity and integrity of every order.
1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Ayurvedic medicines cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with — for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Replacement Only for Damaged, Leaked or Wrong Items
We offer replacement (not return) only if:
- The product arrives damaged, leaked or broken
- You receive the wrong product
- Packaging is severely damaged on arrival
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Mandatory Proof for Replacement Request
Please share the following
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video (mandatory) for damage or leakage claims
- Description of the issue
After verification, a replacement will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only if:
- The product is unavailable for replacement
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. Return/Replacement Not Accepted If:
- Product is opened or used
- Product was delivered successfully but customer wants to “change mind”
- Incorrect address provided
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Damage caused after delivery
- Product not liked due to taste/smell (Ayurvedic products naturally vary)
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
